How does letzrent work?

Our first step starts with an informational meeting where we explain our services and check whether your property has the required amenities. After signing an agreement, we start to create a customized listing and take care of the guest communication and maintenance of your property.

Is letzrent operating in my region?

We are currently operating throughout Luxembourg and its border regions. We are constantly expanding into new localities and forging partnerships with property owners. Get in touch with us to find out more about whether we can offer our services for your property. Whether it's a large house or a small apartment, we manage a variety of properties that provide memorable experiences for thousands of guests.

On which platforms is my property listed?

In Luxembourg, the rental of apartments on sharing economy platforms is subject to many of the same rules as the hotel industry. We have the necessary permits and can therefore rent out your property all year round.

How often can I rent out my property?

We do not require long-term contracts. You can cancel your contract with 30 days notice. During these 30 days, we must respect all reservations in the calendar.

New legal regulation

Stricter rules if you want to rent your own apartment to tourists

Renting apartments on "sharing economy" platforms is subject to many of the same rules as the hotel industry. We can offer our customers the opportunity to rent out their apartments for more than 90 days per year - a limit that has applied to all private individuals since September 1, 2023.
